(Nick)  We had hoped that today would be the day we would get the wolf back on the road, but we had a large number of things to go wrong this morning. We still hadn't actually had our container cleared through customs, the payment had only just been made on Friday, and had not yet cleared on Maersk's systems. We hadn't arranged any formal delivery or unpacking instructions.

By the end of the day, Dan had managed to get the vehicle customs cleared, and Maersk were recognising payment for the freight, but they were not recognising any payment for any handling on the Spain side. It now looks like tomorrow is the day it will all come together.

Once we have the wolf back on the road, Daniel will head back to England, now leaving out Africa. He has had to make this decision, because of the adverse financial climate in England. In addition to this, Daniel had been partly sustained by renting out his house. However, his tennants have now left, so this income is now gone.
