Under heavy braking, the rubber hoses fitted to normal vehicles are suitable, but with a heavy vehicle like the Wolf, they can stretch, and cause the brakes to become spongy.

The steel braided hoses shown opposite stop this problem from happening, and are far more durable than the standard rubber items.  braking with the trailer is much better now!
